Parkside for Social Justice was started in the spring of 2020. Concerned members of our community looked around our countryand the world, and knew God was calling us to speak out. The group focuses on education and advocacy around issues of justice. On the second Wednesday of every month, at 8pm, they host a conversation via Zoom. Together we discuss movies, TED talks, books, articles, etc. on specific social justice topics. Currently the group is focused on lifting up issues of racial injustice.
